Works Co-ordinator

Key Duties:
Working closely with the Works Manager
Coordinating operational tasks
Supporting the office team
Purchasing
Invoicing clients
Scheduling the engineers and arranging materials
Timesheets and liasing with engineers
Arranging appointments with clients and resolving queries
Ensuring all jobs are completed by engineers in line with company standards and policies
Produce basic quotations
Stock control and supplier deliveries
Take incoming calls
Any Ad-hoc tasks
Core Skills:
Full ownership of all key duties assigned
Competent in MS Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Able to meet deadlines
Able to work to Company Policies and Procedures
Process Driven
Excellent telephone manner
Able to multi-task and prioritise
Keen to learn new systems and develop new skills
At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
About you:
Experience in construction or trade industry is desirable.
