Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will oversee teams and sub-contractors on site, ensuring timely completion of high-quality projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct the project to achieve 5-star quality results
  • Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Site Manager in a volume house builder
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of Scaffold Theory, Site Environmental Management, and Temporary Works Co-ordinator

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £52,000 per annum
  • Car allowance of £6,500 per annum
  • Potential bonus up to £7,000 per annum
