**About The Role**:
Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, Europe, the **Reward Business Partner** will be a consultant and coach to HR Colleagues and business leaders providing deep expertise, thought leadership and best-in-class global reward solutions as required. This role is an integral member of the Reward team as well as the wider HR business partnering community.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Contributes to the HR \ Reward Strategic Agenda by evaluating and influencing the development of reward programmes that facilitate the delivery and achievement of our People & Organisational Priorities
- Partners with the business on the design and development of Reward solutions to address relevant needs in accordance with our Reward Philosophy and People & Organisational Priorities
- Analyses and develops current compensation and benefit programmes to ensure they are market competitive and align with our business strategy, optimising our ability to attract top talent.
- Partners with the offshore and onshore Global Business Services teams to ensure efficient administration of all transactional Reward activities.
- Escalation point for all complex programme, policies and process enquiries that enter our Global Business Services
- Ensure compliance with, and maintains current knowledge of related government rules and regulations.
- Fulfil their role in fostering a high-performance team culture.

**What do I need to be successful?**:
In Kerry we understand that people have very different career trajectories and experiences. In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for a number of Kerry Leadership competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in a Reward role.

In addition, in order to be successful in this role you should ideally have:

- Reward, compensation, and benefits in a multinational or European role
- Experience with job evaluation/sizing methodologies
- Demonstrable track record of business partnering and developing \ implementing competitive compensation and benefit programmes.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks; to work independently simultaneously on multiple projects according to timelines.
- A flexible and adaptable approach with excellent ability to work cross functionally within an organisation.
