**Role purpose**:
The focus of the role will be to:

- To support the realisation of the Reward elements of our HR strategy to provide a best in class, digital first provision through leading sprints of work to develop revised compensation functionality in SuccessFactors
- To work collaboratively with the People team to support projects that deliver long term purposeful change in global reward including pay, job architecture, job evaluation and variable pay (including sales incentives)
- Recommend and run reward programmes and initiatives, and give advice, that support the company in its transformation, including supporting the Global Head of Reward, partnering with the Global HRBPs and the wider people team to deliver the reward transformation strategy.
- Present insights and recommendations based on expert internal/external research and data analysis on a range of compensation and benefits matters, as well as to identify potential future issues or opportunities.
- Develop, manage and provide support on a portfolio of activities (Executive Pay, RemCo, sales incentive plans, diversity pay gaps, non-financial incentives, communications)
- Responsible for ensuring the wider business are engaged with the reward package and look for way to improve

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee the transformation of reward processes including the revision of job architecture, pay for performance processes, and variable pay structures across HR and performance systems, leveraging technology to become digitally enabled in all reward activities

Ensure that the reward strategy keeps pace with the business strategies to support attraction, retention and growth of the company

Take a leading role in modernising our reward approach and potential growth areas, ensuring recommendations take the ‘customer’ and business needs into account, working alongside HRLT and other business leaders

Ensure cyclical reward activities (pay review, variable pay, market benchmarking, company reporting and governance data) are delivered in a timely and positive way

Provide expert knowledge of current and future reward, benefits, wellbeing and EDI trends and insights, helping the reward team design approaches that are right for the company

Deliver effective communications of reward, and transformation of reward, to all colleagues, working with internal communications and colleague experience teams to enhance the company’s employee brand

Build relationships internally to provide advice and counsel on all matters of reward and benefits for specific business units

Coach, develop and manage a second Reward Business Partner

**Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements**:
Significant experience as a reward professional in a complex, global organisation including knowledge of fixed and variable pay, annual cycles and including knowledge of benefits, wellbeing and recognition

Proven track record of delivering stretching targets with drive and resilience

Credible, fast-thinking, collaborative, results-driven and commercially astute individual

Experience of leading teams, both in terms of direct line management and cross-functional collaboration

A methodical and meticulous approach to solving difficult, often ambiguous, problems

First class stakeholder management & influencing skills, with ability to articulate a business case & value behind a course of action

Excellent communicator; able to explain complex issues to a variety of different stakeholders with ease

Collaborative, hands-on approach to ensure success across a team-based environment

Adjusts style to individual circumstances and demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence

Strong project and time management; able to juggle multiple projects and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and targets
