Neway International is looking for a Sales representative/Order Processor to join our client's team based in London (NW10).
Temp to perm, Full-time position.
The Sales Representative/Order Processor's working hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm or for part-time workers 10 am until 3 pm.
The Sales Representative/Order Processor's **salary** is 24k per annum which can be reviewed after 3 months probation period.
Sales Representative/Order Processor duties;
- You will get to know and understand the full range of products that the company supplies and be confident in introducing them and selling them to all customers.
- You will allocate and fulfil orders in groups using a method of delivery
- i.e., courier/van/pallet etc.
- You will take payments for orders via the online payment gateway.
- You will work alongside the sales manager to make sure all orders are going smoothly and handle any customer issues that relate to orders being processed or have been processed.
- You will use the DPD labelling system for all orders that are going via courier.
- You will chase up deliveries that have an issue or customer calls to find out what has happened to the order.
- You will work with your co-team members to make sure all orders are processed on time and shipped out on time for customers.
- You will learn to allocate orders to specific delivery services applicable to that order. i.e. courier or Ambican van.
- You will keep an eye on all Ambican web orders (via online portal) and keep orders up to date.
- You will assist all co-workers in fulfilling orders that are to be shipped out.
