**Overview**

Due to business growth and expansion, we are in the lookout for an additional project support assistant to fill a vacancy in real estate management - this would ideally be someone with property, construction or property renovation and maintenance experience/however someone with keen interest in property development, refurbishment and interior decoration/layout management is also welcomed.

Responsibilities and tasks include but not limited to:

- Project status reporting and communication with stakeholders and project teams
- Providing onsite support for construction projects
- Ordering and receiving building materials from merchants
- Arranging logistics for building materials alongside designated trades people
- Creating before and after videos of construction progress in a story telling fashion.
- Identifying areas of snagging and where correctives/modifications will be required - training will be provided
- Conducting analysis and desk research as instructed by the company mainly relating to the construction sector.
- Undertaking property purchasing viewings and documenting reports -training will be provided
- Administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to managing trackers, inventory data, property refurbishment plans and progress update.

- Must be flexible and have ability to respond to/adapt to changing business priorities

- Attention to detail, highly organised and efficient approach to work
- Self motivated and proactive
- Ability to act on own initiative within specified boundaries
- Interest in the construction sector and building works
- Adaptability and willingness to deal with ad hoc project demands
- Ability to manage workloads meeting tight deadlines with minimum supervision
- Dealing with people from various backgrounds, above and below the chain of command whist being always polite and respectful to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Desirable skills**:

- Experience of managing or supporting building projects
- Keen interest in DIY projects and some knowledge
- Experience of providing onsite support and not fazed by getting own hands dirty
- Flexible and willing to work weekends.
- Good use of Microsoft Office Suite; however, training will be provided if necessary.

Exposure to real-estate management or the construction industry.

- This is a progressive role, position will be for an initial 6 months, to see if individual and the company is a right fit.

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
