What's in it for me?

People Solutions are seeking Contact Centre Advisors to join a friendly team based in Shirley, Solihull.
It is a fun environment who offer incentives and a modern working environment.
The rate id £11.00 per hour working a 35.5 hour week - we also have Part Time hours available to suit. (Just Monday to Friday) no weekends
Commission can range from £125 - £225 per month depending on your hours
£1500 - £2700 per year depending on your hours

Day to Day Duties

Making calls to customers, updating details and taking accurate information.

Wednesday are fun days in the office to get everyone over the ‘hump’ of midweek. 24 days holiday

Essential Skills
- Confident to deliver calls to senior levels of staff
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated
- Work well within a team and as an individual
- Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull

Desirable Experience

Previous experience of working in a contact centre is desirable not essential
Experience of working to KPI's or targets would be beneficial
