Clinical Administrator

Burton-On-Trent

We are currently looking to recruit administrators on behalf one of our well-known clients based in Burton on Trent. Our client is a leading healthcare provider working to provide quality medical treatment to patients in their homes. We are looking to expand the prescriptions administration team, you will be working in a large team on a weekly shift rotation covering 8am-4.30pm and occasionally 9.30am-6pm.

FULL TIME (40 hours a week)

Monday-Friday

8am-4.30pm (9.30-6pm shift required every 5/6 weeks)

Temp to Perm

**Responsibilities**:

- Data entry, ensuring orders and medication data are accurately logged.
- Detail checking information
- Cross referencing
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service is given to customers.

About You:

- Administrative experience in pharmaceutical or medical setting preferred but not essential
- Close attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Strong IT skills including experience with Microsoft Office software

This is temporary ongoing role with the opportunity to be taken on permanent after the qualifying time period.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for an entry level to join a rapidly growing team or somebody with prior administrative experience looking to move into a clinical based role.
