York Hospital | Ward | Permanent | part time.

£21,333 pro rata

15 hours per week

We are currently looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our team on the ward in our Derby Hospital.

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will need

To handle customer enquiries (both telephone and internet), supplying potential customers with information about the services offered at the hospital

To support the Hospital Bookings Teams to ensure that customer requirements/queries are effectively dealt with.

To coordinate customer journeys, ensuring that customers have a good understanding of the defined customer journey expectations including
- Identifying all hospital areas which have customer touch points to ensure shared knowledge and understanding

Supporting target setting for customer retention rates

Providing information required to enable other areas to respond to all customer enquiries to the defined quality and timeline standards

Collating information which effect or influence the customer experience

To introduce new processes to improve customer advise and service, as required

To develop constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

To effectively and proactively develop constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

To provide the initial point of contact for all local public relations enquiries and activity.

To formulate messages, which reflect an agreed, consistent position and ensure these are effectively communicated in response to local issues, which might impact on Nuffield Health’s reputation.

To promote the Nuffield Health brand consistently across all stakeholders, supporting the implementation of national brand values and guidelines.

To support Bookings Administrator team with call handling/reception as and when required
