Customer Service Advisor Ref code: OZG99096920 Customer Service & Call Centre, Office Support £ 13 per hour Derby, Derbyshire, England Temporary / Interim Office Based SF Recruitment is currently working alongside one of their key clients based in Derby to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis. The role will involve both outbound and inbound calling so you must be comfortable with spending your days on the phone You will benefit from a great working environment and flexibility around hours. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for work immediately, maybe you need shorter hours or part-time, or a full-time role for you to continue to progress within The role is paying £13.50 per hour, and you can get started as soon as possible on a temporary basis with the opportunity to then become permanent with the business Typical duties will include: Outbound calls to to customers Updating customer details Explaining the business services Handling any queries Full training is given for this role alongside continued support, however previous customer service/phone based experience is advantageous Communication is key in a role like this, so if you are somebody who is happy to handle calls and be on the phone speaking to customers, alongside general administration, then this is an ideal opportunity for you Free parking is available on site along with good access to public transport links.
