An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Nursing and Midwifery Institute of Excellence at Nottingham University Hospitals as an Institute Administrator.

The post is 37.5 hours a week and the core hours are from 0800-1600 daily.

Key responsibilities of the role will be;
Working as part of the institute administration team to support a range of administration duties.

Book rooms, accommodation and exams as required

Support pastoral can and induction and on-boarding of newly recruited nurses from overseas - this may include food shopping.

Minute taking and supporting meeting agendas and invitations

Ensure accurate data is maintained

Good use of IT equipment

Communication with divisions and international nurses

Person specification

**Qualifications**:
Essential criteria
- Have a QCF (NVQ) Level 3 in Business Administration/administration or equivalent.
- IT related RSA/QCF (NVQ) 2 or equivalent.

Desirable criteria
- ExperienceQCF (NVQ) in customer care.

**Skills**:
Essential criteria
- Evidence of IT skills e.g. Knowledge of computer and software use and inputting procedure acquired through previous experience and/or job training.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently both verbally and in writing with colleagues at all levels (both internal and external to the Trust).

Physical Skills

- Able to physically support and facilitate deliveries, coordinate shopping and occasional domestic tasks

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.

The system will provide us with an outcome of your check which will be stored securely on your personal file along with all other pre-employment check documentation.
