Support Practitioner

**About the service and role**:
You will be part of a team offering 24 hour support to an individual who lives in Airdrie. We have a dedicated team providing full and part time staff who work early, late and sleepover shifts as required. This is a combination of longer and shorter days. This post is full time offering 37 hours per week.
You will be supporting a person on a 1;2;1 basis providing quality care in a person centred way and ensure that they are safe a secure at all times. The individuals have their own vehicle which you will be required to drive on their behalf so a driving licence is essential. Personal care and administration of medication is also part of the role. The individuals have their own unique interests which include sensory, swimming, walking, spending time with family and friends. We will require you to support them in their chosen activities and help them develop new activities and relationships where possible.
