As a Programme Co-Coordinator you will be responsible for preparation and co-ordination of programmes and events, and the booking of their training delivery teams and speakers.
Key responsibilities:

- Sending pre
- and post-programme information to participates, including programme packs and pose-event feedback
- Liaising with speakers, chairs and facilitators
- Producing speaker briefing documents for all programmes
- Setting up and attending briefing meetings as required
- Supporting venue relations and bookings
- Confirming participants for all programmes
- Attending and supporting programmes, both online and residential, including ensuring all necessary equipment and needs are provided
- Maintaining accurate information on the database for programme participants, speakers and volunteer team members
- Managing the relationships of their existing programme teams
- Booking in chairs, facilitators and speakers from our database, ensuring balances are maintained
- Support the sourcing of and development of new chairs, facilitators and speakers
- Maintaining the chairs, facilitators and speakers information on their database
Key skills:

- Events administration experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Good attention to details
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Being proactive as well as reactive and can demonstrate ability to manage own workload
- Being able to critically review and manage data
- Enjoys relationship building and working collaboratively
- MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Adobe
- Competent use of CRM
