**About the role**
You'll get to use our new HR system, Sage People, and will work closely with our People Advisors in delivering a great customer service and employee experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support recruitment activity by posting adverts on different job boards via our ATS system/direct posting, refreshing them when required and closing vacancies down when the role is filled
- Checking compliance and recording right to work checks, escalating concerns
- Administrating DBS checks
- Saving down signed copies of employment contracts / amendment letters to employee files from Docusign
- Setting up new starter records
- Setting up new starters on 3rd party websites e.g. trainline, perkbox, e-learning
- Responding to reference requests
- Sending out successful probation outcome confirmations
- Administering manager access to Occupational Health portal, adding new managers and removing those that have left
- Support people hub activity to maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS (Sage People) and employee files including data audits, data cleansing activities
- Support other people hub activity when asked to do so by People Hub Manager
**Who you are**:

- Self-starter, organised and confident to get on with delivering the required actions with mínimal supervision
- Proficiency in all Microsoft packages and strong administrative experience
- Experience in using both applicant tracking and HR information systems is desirable, system training will be given
- Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating and participating in the delivery of excellent customer service
- Positive, can-do attitude with great attention to detail to get it 'right first time'
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Ability to manage own workload
