You will also be responsible for operating the cash register and handling financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

**Retail Assistant Responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting customers offering excellent customer service.
- Ensure all customers have the best shopping experience.
- Increase customer retention by delivering consistently high levels of customer service.
- Assist the manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of the store.
- Dealing with customer enquiries and customer complaints and, where appropriate, pass on more complex enquiries to the shop manager or deputy manager.
- Process all customer transactions using our point-of-sale software.

**Salary**: £10.25-£11.12 per hour
