This is a great opportunity to join an innovative and family-friendly employer, who due to continued growth, are now looking to recruit an **Office Administrator** for their new premises located in Middlemarch Business Park close to Coventry.

For this role, the ideal person will need to be able to work alone as well as being part of a team and be a good communicator, which will enable you to deliver the exceptional service their customers have come to expect.

**Nivus Limited **supplies, installs and maintains high end flow measurement solutions for Water Utilities and the Environment Agency.

**What we need from you**:

- You must have 2 to 3 years experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and in writing
- Proficient in MS Office Excel & Word
- A knowledge of basic accounts is preferred but not essential
- Experience in working to schedules and deadlines
- Self-motivated and driven to complete tasks with limited oversight

**What the role involves**:
Reporting to the Managing Director your role will include:

- Maintaining & update company files for auditing, sales & logistics purposes
- To be front of house and to meet and greet customers
- Credit control and order processing
- Office and supplier administration
- Updating customer compliance questionnaires
- Service team logistics administration
- Taking meeting notes when needed

**Salary/hours**:£18,000 - £22,000 per year. Working Monday to Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm.
