**Shift Pattern**: 7:30am - 7:30pm, Monday - Sunday

**Location**: Blackpool, FY1

**Requirements**: Occasional weekends required

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for the right person to work with 3 young siblings with complex needs. They live at home with their parents in Blackpool.

Your role is support the family with medication administration, personal care needs and moving and handling support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Female support workers ONLY
- Personal care
- Moving and handling support
- Attending appointments
- Meal preparation
