**The Role**:

**What we'll need you to bring**:

- SVQ III in healthcare, or working towards, or equivalent experience working within a caring environment/role.
- Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary/agency team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to carry out assigned patient care tasks effectively within a busy environment.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- To actively participate in the Personal Development Plan process to fulfil the requirements of continuing professional development. Working knowledge of basic information technology

**It would be great if you also have**:

- Training in physical health checks in areas such as BP monitoring venepuncture.
- Previous experience in working with people in a community setting
- Direct/client one to one care.
- Wide range of caring experience.
- Should have an awareness of current developments in Primary Care.
- Knowledge of approaches to risk management.
- Knowledge and awareness of develop Community Supports for older people.
- Should demonstrate excellent team working while having the ability to work using own initiative.
- Good time management skills.
- Required to be flexible in post.
- Car Driver with a full, valid UK/EU/EEA licence.
- Flexible working hours

**Contract type**:
Permanent

Part Time

30 hours

**Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.**

**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based in Treatment Room/Phebotomy within Central Health Centre, Cumbernauld.

The working pattern for this role will be Monday to Sunday - 5/7 days.
