**The Role**:
The post holder will deliver high quality care in accordance with guidance given and work delegated by Registered staff and home support managers.
The post holder will ensure a person centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain quality strategy.

**What we'll need you to bring**:
- SVQ III in healthcare, or working towards, or equivalent experience working within a caring environment/role.
- Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary/agency team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to carry out assigned patient care tasks effectively within a busy environment.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- To actively participate in the Personal Development Plan process to fulfil the requirements of continuing professional development.
- Working knowledge of basic information technology
**It would be great if you also have**:
- Training in physical health checks in areas such as BP monitoring venepuncture.
- Previous experience in working with people in a community setting
- Direct/client one to one care.
- Wide range of caring experience
- Should have an awareness of current developments in Primary Care
- Knowledge of approaches to risk management
- Knowledge and awareness of develop Community Supports for older people
- Should demonstrate excellent team working while having the ability to work using own initiative
- Car Driver a full, valid UK/EU/EEA licence
- Flexible working hours

37.5 hours
**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based in Treatment Room/Phlebotomy within Central Health Centre.
The working pattern for this role will be Rotational Shifts Monday Sunday.
