About the role

Providing support to the CIO in the day-to-day management of their business, which encompasses both administrative and organisational tasks. You will also work closely with staff who interact with the CIO and members of the Senior Management Team within Digital & Technology.- Co-ordinating information and business flows as necessary, orchestration of the CIO’s office facilities- Manage the accessibility to CIO and senior leaders’ complex diary - set up relevant arrangements and meetings, appointments-
- Organize and arrange travel itineraries of the CIO- Organize conferences, workshops and events at both a domestic and international level- Build, develop and maintain relationships with key external/ internal partners and build cross-functional network within the peer group- Manage and co-ordinate ad-hoc administrative tasks and project management work and research as appropriate

About you

If you are experienced in working with fast changing agendas and schedules, have a solid background in supporting senior leadership and passionate about IT, this is the role for you Come and work with our CIO, Benedetto Conversano

What you’ll bring- College/University degree would be an advantage- 3+ years in a Team Assistant or PA role at senior level, preferably within IT environment- Fluent English - additional language skills are a benefit- Ability to handle highly confidential information- Ability to work independently, excellent time management, able to set priorities in an agile environment- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, experience with using Power Point and preparing presentations, reports & spreadsheets- Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills, continuous improvement mindset, proactive attitude
