Finatal is exclusively supporting a highly acquisitive, Mid-Market Private Equity backed Food Distribution and Manufacturing business that is embarking on a group-wide digital transformation programme. They are seeking an experienced CIO/IT Programme Director to support the executive leadership team/Private Equity house with executing a short-to-long term strategical roadmap; including a group wide IT systems re-architecture and consolidation (preferably SAP or IFS).

Role:

  • with the executive leadership team to drive a short-to-long term IT strategy; supporting the 3-5 year value creation plan pre-exit.
  • with their third party vendors and implementation specialists to lead on a group wide IT systems consolidation.
  • the rebuild of a legacy data infrastructure to support future business growth and facilitate seamless integration of acquired entities.
  • full ownership of the business IT/Tech strategy, implementing a bespoke and fit for purpose IT operating model to facilitate future growth.

Requirements:

  • experience inheriting full ownership of an IT re-architecture and strategy.
  • experience implementing SAP S/4HANA or IFS from scratch.
  • supporting the ELT/Private Equity fund with value creation.
  • experience working within a Manufacturing/Supply Chain & Distribution business, or a Private Equity backed/highly acquisitive portfolio business.
