3R Consulting are recruiting a Senior Property Helpdesk Administrator based in Chester.

You will support the Property Helpdesk Manager by championing the Property Helpdesk Administrator Team acting as first point of support for training, guidance, advice and queries. Provide weekly reports and analysis on telephone statistics, contractor performance,complaints for the Manager to review and focus on areas for improvement.

You will ensure all property enquiries are logged and processed efficiently on the system, obtaining relevant approvals depending on cost and process. Determine responsibility for property repair, liaise with contractors and confirm completion of works.Liaise with contractors confirming estimated work dates and keeping all parties informed, you will communicate with field teams and internal teams and undertake contractor reporting and monitoring KPIs for the Property Manager.

You will have excellent customer service skills and analytical skills, MS Office/Outlook, analytical and organisational skills along with team training/mentoring. Able to cover other departmental tasks and be a team player.

Monday to Friday office based position.
