In this role, you will be using your life skills to make a significant difference in the lives of these children. Your support and guidance will help them overcome the difficulties and disadvantages they may face, empowering them to build a stronger future. You'll have the chance to work with a diverse group of children and young people, some of whom may need high levels of supervision and support. Your role will also involve providing guidance in areas such as education, training, and employment.
Applicants must be willing to undertake an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare. Additionally, a minimum of 1 year experience in Childcare and working with young people is required.
