**The Role**

You will be a key member of the busy customer services team and in addition to administering new and existing policies; you’ll be trained so you are equipped with the skills and knowledge to talk about and administrate our savings products.

**About You**

You’ll need to be a good communicator, accurate, reliable, enthusiastic, calm under pressure and quick to learn new things. Previous experience in financial services isn’t essential but is preferred. We are keen to hear from you if you’ve had a customer service and / or administrative background.

You will need to be a team player but also be able to work alone.

Salary band £20,000 - £25,000
