**IFA Administrator - Professional Service Firm (Full or Part Time)**

**The Role**

Barber McLelland is working as recruitment partners on behalf of a leading professional service business based in Barnsley who are looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The role of IFA administrator to work in collaboration with the Financial Adviser and other colleagues, to provide assistance in line with company policy, including preparing and maintaining client records
- Provide efficient administrative support to the Financial Adviser
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties
- Maintain clear and accurate client records
- Collate information and data inline with company policy and ensure all the required compliance documentation is present and correct
- Creation of financial reports
- Liaise with product providers and other third parties to acquire the information required by the Financial Adviser
- Obtain information, quotes, illustrations and product details and provide comparisons for analysis
- Prepare meeting packs for approval by the Financial Adviser in line with company policy and prepare associated accompanying documentation as required. This will include the pre-completion of documentation ready for clients to check and sign
- Provide administrative support for example: new business processing, income matching, collating and providing management information filing, photocopying, scanning and organising future planning meetings with the client on behalf of the Financial Adviser
