Revenue Engine Operations Co-ordinator

**About The Role**:
This is an exciting and varied role which will support the effective and smooth running of the Revenue Engine team within allpay. Within the Revenue Engine we have the Business Development, Client Development, Client Onboarding, Marketing, Product and Card Services arms of the business.
Working closely with the Commercial Director you will support with day-to-day activities, prioritisation, ensuring deadlines are met and building a collaborative approach across the areas. This role will ideally suit a highly motivated individual who takes a proactive approach to their work and above all is highly flexible in their approach. You will be working with a diverse range of stakeholders both internally and externally where building trust and creating relationships is key.
Within this role you will:
- Managing the Commercial Directors correspondence by responding directly to specific internal and external enquiries. Where more complex issues arise taking direct action to ensure prompt resolution.
- Facilitate meetings across the business by arranging attendance, preparing agendas, taking actions and ensure that these are followed through by team members to completion.
- Plan, prioritise and organise complex and varied schedules of work through the management of exceptionally busy diaries.
- Provide project management support to the teams and organisational support across the various projects primarily within the Business Development, Client Development/Onboarding, Product and Marketing teams.
- Identify improvements and efficiencies that can be made to this role and when sitting in various meetings ensuring collaboration across the teams.
- Working with the areas above to collate and standardise Board pack information for the areas, ensuring that these are completed on time and in an aesthetically pleasing way.
**About You**:
- Confidentiality and integrity are key with this role, you need to be able to provide an excellent level of service whilst maintaining the upmost discretion.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks, ideally with Project Management fundamentals or equivalent understanding.
- A skilled communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all internal levels and external stakeholders.
- Experience taking minutes and summarising key actions to be completed.
- Be confident and proactive to work on your own initiative but engage collaboratively with the rest of the teams around you.
- Curious and creative in your approach to understanding issues and also how to resolve them.
- Strong use of Microsoft Office, including, Word/Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Extensive and proactive diary management experience
- Able to prioritise workload and identify where issues of timescales will arise.
