We are excited to offer the opportunity for the following full-time, permanent vacancy within our Technical Department, based in Marden, Herefordshire:
**Due-Diligence Co-ordinator**

This role's purpose is to ensure that all produce dispatched meets individual customer due diligence specifications and overall food safety compliance requirements.

**The main duties and responsibilities include**:

- Label and packaging changes control against commercial and customer communications.
- Review suppliers’ due diligence for packaging to ensure that this is up to date and includes any changes within the season.
- Update customer specific quality service levels & complaints data monthly as part of internal KPI reporting.
- Review UK / Overseas residue results against Government limits / PPU’s / Customer Lists, highlighting any non-conformances.
- Liaise with QA Team and Field Operations to collect relevant information.
- Support Technical team to ensure sufficient & effective monitoring systems are in place so that products packed and dispatched meet customer specifications and legal requirements.
- Improvement of Quality Management Systems.
- Process control auditing and assist with sampling, as required.

They should communicate effectively, be able to adequately prioritize tasks and be capable to work on their own initiative within a busy commercial environment.

Understanding of horticulture and systems such as Global Gap and SEDEX is desirable, but not essential; Full on-the-job training will be provided.

Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Spanish would be considered as an advantage.
