Job Title: Technical Sales Support

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full Time

**Salary**: £25-30,000 (plus £2000 OTE)
Location: Bromsgrove (office based no WFH)
Job Description for Technical Sales Support:

We have the exciting new position for Technical Sales Support position within an established nation-wide organization in the Bromsgrove area. The business is very dominant within their sector but still offers a supportive, family feel environment with an excellent focus and strategy plan.
Main Duties and Responsibilities for Technical Sales Support:

- Promotion of products by customer liaison
- Processing of sales enquiries
- Sales support and administration
- Producing quotations and following up with clients including export costs.
- Build relationships and rapport with existing and new clients to generate new business and retain existing.
- Support field sales reps with enquiries and co-ordination.
- Understand and comply with quality assurance and health & safety procedures.
- Produce reports as required in relation to sales department.
- Ensure CRM is updated with detailed and relevant notes for customer accounts to ensure a seamless service is provided.
- Provide sales support to overseas agents and distributors.
- Create and convert new business opportunities into sales.

Key Skills & Attributes Required:

- Experience within a similar position previously such sales advisor, sales administrator or sales support
- The ability to understand a technical product with training provided.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly organized individual, able to prioritize tasks and liaise internally.
- Computer literate
- Must be able to drive due to location of office.

This position is full time Monday
- Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm Friday 8-1pm (39 hour week), 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
