**Job summary**:

In this role you will **s**upport the smooth running of the organisation** through administration support both locally and organisational wide as required. Provide an **effective and efficient service **and **maintain a high level of accurate** and timely work both locally and for the wider organisation. Support the organisation in the **organising and recording of schemes and processes** e.g., the Reward and Recognition Scheme. Encourage and support the ongoing **development** of the** Business Support Team **(BST)** **and **d**eliver comprehensive support **to the Central Admin leads (CSL).

**Job description**:

- To **manage a team of business support officers**, managing team and individual performance, including furthering team members and own development.
- To ensure an effective and efficient service is being delivered for Directorates, Acas Customers and Stakeholders as required.
- To work closely with all BSTs to deliver a consistent service to maintain good working relationships and support.
- Reception Duties - To provide local reception/visitor
- Events Support - To provide support in the management of Training and Conciliation
- Office Supplies - To manage office supplies and
- Complaints Support - Accountable for complaints record keeping and
- Health and Safety - To support the inspections, building inductions, etc
- Estates Support and Office moves co-ordination - To support the estates team and CSL to manage office space and related estate issues.
- Stakeholder Relationships - Liaison for local Government Property Agency, contacts and other tenants.
- Business Continuity Support - To maintain the office plan and record
- Budget administration - To ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and within guidelines along with the providing of logístical support to the Central Admin Lead.
- To ensure adherence of GPC card holder policies and procedures and subsequent expenditure records to assist in budgetary control.
- To ensure the procurement and purchasing of all office related materials is done so in a timely, sustainable, efficient and effective manner to meet service user needs and procurement SLA’s.
- To ensure Compliance checks of driving documentation is undertaken.
- Taking of minutes for varying meetings to include those of HR/LJC as and when and if required.
