**Marketing & Business Engagement Officer**

**Location**: Rugby Warwickshire

**Part time**: 3 days a week

Are you passionate about combating climate change and eager to make a difference in the UK's energy-intensive manufacturing sector? We are an established consultancy specialising in designing and implementing low and net zero carbon strategies for our SME clients. We are seeking a dedicated Marketing & Business Engagement Officer to join our team.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the successful delivery of the company’s marketing strategies and engagement with businesses to achieve output targets.
- Maintain and update the project’s website with news, events, and new business support offers.
- Develop and enhance Pro Enviro’s presence and audience size on social media platforms, including LinkedIn.
- Support the promotion and delivery of Pro Enviro’s online events for businesses, such as webinars and online communications to engage key stakeholders.
- Occasionally represent and promote Pro Enviro’s projects at online events organised by external organisations.
- Update and maintain the Pro Enviro Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database of businesses for accurate pipeline development management and recording.
- Undertake digital market research of companies in the region to enhance and expand the Pro Enviro CRM system.
- Assist in devising and disseminating online surveys to external stakeholders, as well as analysing survey results.
- Build links with other external marketing teams to ensure Pro Enviro’s project is represented with appropriate marketing material.
- Follow administrative processes and procedures required for the delivery of Pro Enviro’s projects, including publicity requirements, accurate files and records, as well as completion of appropriate Pro Enviro documentation.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Communications or Marketing
- Two Years of Experience with Social Media Management, Marketing Experience, Content Creation, Copywriting.
- A true commitment to reversing the impact of climate change and enthusiasm for helping UK companies reach net zero carbon status.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to write compelling content.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Comfortable engaging prospective clients on the telephone and in person
- Excellent attention to detail - proof reading copy.
- Self-Motivated
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours for events or deadlines.
- Possession of a clean driving license

Competitive salary £30k - £35k per annum depending on experience. Pro rata for -3 days a week.
