Your role will be to attend domestic properties to
- Carry out E.P.C.s.
- Complete Occupancy Assessments.
- Complete Condition Reports.
- Cavity Wall Insulation Survey.
- Loft Insulation Survey.

Internal Wall Survey

You will be working Monday-Friday
- To carry out full retrofit assessments.
- Accessing loft area checking depth, adequate ventilation and condition.
- Work with all managers to provide feedback on any issues gathered from site visits.
- Maintain your level of competence.
- Communicate and liaise with customers on site giving advice and promoting our business.
- All paperwork is completed fully per job.

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 to £40,000 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

**- Driving Licence (required)**

**- DEA and Retrofit Assessor Certification (required)**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
