Job Title: Retrofit Assessor

We are seeking a highly skilled Retrofit Assessor to join our team at Quay Recruit. As a Retrofit Assessor, you will play a crucial role in assessing properties to identify areas for energy-saving retrofits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing properties to determine suitability for retrofitting external wall insulation
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Retrofit Co-ordinators, Designers, and Installers, to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with public procurement processes and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate documentation and records throughout
  • Monitor project progress, reporting key milestones to stakeholders and providing technical support as needed
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of documentation via CRM and other software systems, ensuring timely and accurate information
  • Handle customer inquiries related to retrofit projects, providing relevant information and support
  • Uphold stakeholder responsibilities, ensuring regulatory and accreditation requirements are met, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize efficiency and quality
  • Support Directors with administrative tasks and workload management related to retrofit projects, maintaining and updating internal systems for auditing purposes

Requirements:

  • Accreditation as a Domestic Energy Assessor with any scheme provider
  • Strong knowledge of domestic dwellings and regulations related to retrofitting and PAS
  • Technically minded, with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Full, clean driving license; vehicle will be provided
  • Experience working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
