Your key responsibilities will include:

* Conducting assessments of existing properties to determine suitability for retrofitting external wall insulation
* Liaising with our Retrofit Co-ordinator, Designer and Installer
* Ensuring compliance with public procurement processes and regulatory standards
* Maintaining accurate documentation and records related to assessments and retrofit projects
* Monitoring project progress and reporting on key milestones to stakeholders
* Providing technical support to sales and installation teams as needed
* Assisting with the preparation and submission of documentation via CRM and other software systems
* Handling customer inquiries related to retrofit projects and providing relevant information
* Upholding stakeholder responsibilities and ensuring regulatory/accreditation requirements are met
* Collaborating with internal teams to optimize the efficiency and quality of retrofitting operations
* Assisting with HSE documentation and compliance requirements for retrofit projects
* Maintaining and updating internal systems for auditing purposes
* Supporting Directors with administrative tasks and workload management related to retrofit projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Accreditation as a Domestic Energy Assessor with any scheme provider
* Strong knowledge of domestic dwellings and regulations related to retrofitting and PAS
* Technically-minded with attention to detail, excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* A full, clean driving license; vehicle will be provided
* Experience of working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
