**Internal Sales & Customer Support Advisor**

eCatering is a fast growing, online business selling commercial kitchen equipment. We are on a mission to double the size of their business in the next 2 years.

Our customer service teams are supporting the catering industry to respond to a huge increase in demand. This includes helping people who are in vulnerable or stressful situations, as well as processing essential documents and information.

We are looking to recruit a **Sales &** **Customer Support Advisor. **If you are looking for a customer focusing sales role, and love interaction with people then eCatering is looking for you Following through existing orders upselling making customers aware of offers etc.. is the focus of this role. **What you will be doing**:
Making outbound calls making customers aware of offers ensuring the customer is achieving the best value out of their order all while supporting if necessary, with the inbound support.
- Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued and supported.
- Offering Advice and support through the ordering process
- Taking customers through the different options with equipment
- Taking customers through the options of finance and payment options
- Introducing new products to customers.

**What we’re looking for**:
Experience in the catering sector is beneficial for this role. Having experience using or being around commercial catering equipment would be a huge benefit within this role.

- Be determined to succeed - both for yourself and your customers
- A good level of IT skill and an ability to multitask on computer-based programmes

If there is one thing that is especially important to us it is flexibility. Our department is open from 8:00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. We have 7 team members that cover the above shifts. The shifts are 8 -4.00pm and 9 - 6.00pm on a 2-week cycle.

**Salary and hours**:

- 40hrs per week. Additional time and outside these hours may be required at busy times.
- Rotational shifts between 8:00am - 6:00pm - Monday to Friday
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays + your birthday
- Salary £25,000pa + Performance related bonus negotiable dependent on qualification and experience.
- Training is super important, so no holidays will be authorised during the training weeks
