BAK Ltd are currently recruiting for an energetic sales assistant to join the team at O2 Seaham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest O2 Franchisees in the UK, working with like-minded individuals to progress both the company customer base and your own sales skills. If you are a motivated individual with a keen interest in sales and delivering excellent customer service, this is the career step for you.

**Role Expectations**:

- Promote and sell a wide range of products and services to both business and consumer customers.
- Achieve company and individual targets consistently to assist with the growth and profitability of the store.
- Be passionate about O2 and the products we sell ensuring product/market place knowledge is up to date.
- Be a confident communicator with a variety of customers, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Have a strong product knowledge and be able to provide recommendation on products and services that match their requirements.
- Actively identify opportunities to promote new and exciting products to customers.
- Have at least 6 months previous sales experience or experience of working towards targets.
- Be ambitious and desire progression and development in their role.
- Have experience of working in a customer facing role.
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- A great communicator with confidence in their own skills and knowledge.
- Be able to build rapport with both customers and colleagues.
- Hold a genuine interest in the latest technology, software and gadgets.
- Self-motivated and driven with a determination to succeed.
