Capture Artist

**Contract**:12 month fixed term contract
As a Capture Artist with us, you will be responsible for capturing footage that will be used in marketing and promotional content for advertising and social media. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Game Capture, you will become a specialist in the game as well as the tools used to capture and save gameplay moments. You have expertise and extensive knowledge of both the franchise and the culture of F1, and experience with sports and/or action sports photography and/or filmography is beneficial.
**Responsibilities**
- Capture both still images/screenshots and video from the game
- Partner with us in the Brand team and in-house studio Video Editor to produce both internal and external gameplay content.
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations for shots/features to showcase (optional)
- Problem solves to achieve the best results while working within the confines of unfinished technology
- Assist in sourcing in-game assets
- Archive, organise, log, and manage assets
**Required Qualifications**
- Expertise and extensive knowledge of both the franchise and the culture of F1
- Experience with sports and/or action sports photography and/or filmography is beneficial
- Capable of understanding complex features/systems and how it applies to the product
- Technically inclined and a strong troubleshooter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong observational skills
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and features
- Proficient in PC use and current generation video game consoles
- Flexible and team-oriented, with good interpersonal and follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Ability to work in group settings under high-pressure

- Degree in Film, Art, Design, or related field is a bonus but not required
