**Job Details:**

We're seeking a talented Lead Lighting Artist to lead our lighting team at Electronic Arts. With an estimated annual salary of $150,000-$220,000, this is a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills and expertise. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing creative and technical direction to the lighting team.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of lighting, shading, and PBR for realtime applications, including optimization for performance and quality. They will also have experience shipping AAA titles on current gen consoles and be familiar with reference capture for Lighting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and guidance to the lighting team.
  • Collaborate with other leads to ensure pipelines and workflows are up to production standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of lighting, shading, and PBR for realtime applications.
  • Experience shipping AAA titles on current gen consoles.
  • Experience with reference capture for Lighting.
  • Knowledge of colour grading approaches.
