**Digital Marketing Executive - Hybrid Role**

1-1 Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketing executive to join a forward thinking, dynamic and award winning business in Alresford.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, creating and overseeing the Social Media aspects of the business, as well as increasing brand loyalty and awareness to boost sales. This role reports directly to the marketing manager.

Essential knowledge includes Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Photoshop, Digital Asset Management, Influencer marketing knowledge, Adobe After Effects Knowledge or equivalent video editing software.

The role is offers hybrid working with 1 to 2 days a week requirement to come into the office in Alresford. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Create & implement social media content and campaigns for UK & International markets
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Assist in creation of lead generation campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all social media campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless user experience
- Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business
- Keep up to date with current digital trends and the latest trends our target audience and online community are interested in
- Supporting the influencer collaboration campaigns
- Collaborate in creating content and optimizing for Web and digital advertising

**Required skills, attributes and experience**:

- Proven working experience in digital marketing specialising in organic social media & online community management
- Preferred experience of working for a FMCG brand or in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrable experience managing marketing databases
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns
- Solid knowledge of all social media platforms, including Facebook Business Manager
- Strong analytical skills for reporting
- An enthusiastic, highly motivated, team player, with the ability to build and maintain good trustworthy relationships.
- Confident and articulate, outgoing, with an eye for detail.
- Able to stick to deadlines and able to think quickly and adapt to last minute campaigns.
