Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive care and support to a client with a brain injury, following the objectives outlined in their care plan.
- Assist with hoisting as required, utilising our efficient hoisting system to facilitate mobility.
- Foster a positive and engaging environment for the client, encouraging participation in activities and social interaction.
- Facilitate rehabilitation exercises and activities to promote physical and cognitive improvement.
- Monitor the client's progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any observations regarding the client's condition.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in caregiving, with a minimum of three years' experience preferred.
- Qualification at Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care or a related field.
- Current DBS registration on the update service.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and sociable demeanor.
- Ability to engage the client in conversation and promote social interaction.
- Full hoisting experience and proficiency in using hoisting equipment.
- Valid driver's license preferred, but not essential.

Location and Working Hours:

- The client resides in the Streatham area of South West London, and proximity to this location is essential.
- Working hours are from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Competitive daily rate of £125.00.
