We have an exciting new opportunity where we are looking for an experienced Head of Tax and Treasury** **to join our company. As one of the leaders within the Finance department, you will be joining a dynamic and talented team, dedicated to supporting the business in a rapidly expanding world-class company.

**Responsibilities**:
Part of a rapidly expanding business, Darktrace's tax and treasury teams face a wide range of tax obligation, issues and plays an integral role in a range of company-wide projects. Reporting to the Group CFO and accountable for all tax and treasury matters the role will have an overall responsibility for the longer term tax and treasury strategy, overseeing compliance, control implementation and tax accounting. Your role will include leading the department, building a motivated and skilled team.

Specifically you'll be leading on;
- Governance, strategy and control,
- Direct and indirect tax,
- Employment tax,
- Complex international tax and treasury matters,
- Property taxincluding tax reporting and stamp duty compliance obligations,
- Advising internal teams on taxrisks and implications,
- Overseeing long term treasury strategy including managing multi bank RCF, and international payments.
