**Digital Workplace SharePoint Online Lead**

**The role**

**Responsibilities**
- Maximise business value of the Global SPO platform for the UK firm
- Manage UK roadmap for SharePoint Online and Connect intranet, and dependencies for all other SPO-based products (e.g. MS Teams, Power Platform, Audit, Tax and Deals client collaboration platforms) in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture team
- Advise the business on SPO-based and SPFx solutions - occasionally support / undertake development of solutions depending on business needs
- Develop templates, processes/workflows and other services to facilitate business use of SPO and drive adoption and benefits, including for Connect (intranet) Develop and support effective intranet solutions for the business in line with Connect guidelines and the global ‘One Intranet’ product roadmap.Oversee regular product updates to Connect (for example, Connect profile updates)Develop and implement content creation solutions for Connect (such as dynamic page templates, custom list formatting etc).Bespoke intranet webpart creation.
- Manage UK metadata requirements, collaborate with global product team to meet those requirements, and ensure SPO content is indexed correctly and searchable Mentor, train and develop technical expertise in KPMG Global Services team members.
- Participate in global SPO forum to ensure UK and global requirements are met
- Work with DW Content lead to maintain high quality SPO user guidance and documentation
- Work with Service Integration lead to ensure high quality technical support for SPO and technical guidance for support teams

**Experience**
- SPO technical architect / experince as a SP architect
- SPO environment and site setup, configuration, management and development expertise
- Strong understanding of information protection and security concerns and considerations for UK and global regulated professional services business
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft roadmap and strategy for SharePoint and interdependent products (e.g. Teams, Power Platform etc.) and how SharePoint delivers value to businesses
- Experience with managing / delivering legacy SP platforms and migrations to SPO (to help business users who have migrated over from older sites)
- Experience of working in a global partnership with competing and overlapping requirements Knowledgeable in programming languages, experienced in writing and modifying codeExperienced in providing SharePoint Online guidance and training to non-technical teams
