The Department of Professional Healthcare Education team are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team and support the delivery of training for international nurses undertaking the NMC OSCE.

This secondment will finish at the end of February 2024. Managers must be in agreement to release you from your current post for the duration.

Assist with the delivery of the OSCE training programme preparing staff to undertake the OSCE examination.

Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as ‘Priority’ and 'At Risk' status including NHS at Risk staff throughout Devon who is able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.

Facilitate the evaluation of the OSCE programmes and clinical skills training to determine the adequacy of existing curriculum, competencies and structure.

Work collaboratively with educational providers to ensure there is support for learners to reach their full potential.

Promote and develop innovative approaches to develop the learner's skills within clinical practice.
