Accounts Administrator

**Automotive / Fleet / Vehicle experience is desired but not a must.**
Amazing progression.
Working for a large Truck dealer with sites across the South.
Monday to Friday & the occasional few hours on a Saturday.
- **Duties are**:_
Gaining authority from customers using on -line maintenance portals.
Producing retail proforma invoice and obtain purchase order numbers.
Produce and submit warranty & contract claims using the manufactures portals.
Invoice work carried out.
**Key skills required**:
- Strong communication skills including a natural telephone manner
- Good listening skills, really care about the customer and be resilient
- A can-do attitude
- Experience of communicating at all levels
- Experience of problem solving and resolving issues in a positive way
- Experience within a contact centre is desirable but not essential
- PC literate - using word, excel and outlook
- Administration skills and attention to detail
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
