CGL Waltham Forest works with adults, young people and has an outreach team and you will be working to support all three services.

Responsibilities....

The role will require you to work with management and front-line staff to provide management and production of prescriptions, administrative support, office management and some involvement with our Data return.

**Responsibilities**:
Located in the heart of the London Borough of Waltham Forest, our busy and dynamic service supports individuals with a range of different needs.

The role of a Clinical Administrator is one of the most important in our team Working closely with our Clinical and Recovery Teams, you will be responsible for preparing and printing all of our prescriptions; this can include prescriptions for Alcohol Detoxification and Opiate Substitution Therapy. You will be required to work in a structured way to ensure all of our prescriptions arrive at pharmacies on time, but also prepare things with little notice so good prioritisation and time management stills are required.

In addition to the management of all prescriptions in the service, you will also be required to lead on minuting our team meetings and ensuring our case management system is updated in a timely way. You will act as the Health and Safety Lead within the project which involves regularly undertaking audits and checks.

We are a large team made up of Clinicians, Team Leaders, Recovery Workers and Volunteers and no day is the same It's a really rewarding role with lots of training and development opportunities.
