We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR Project Manager to join our Global Banking & Markets HR Consultancy team. You’ll play pivotal role, supporting and leading a variety of people project initiatives across GB&M, with an emphasis on Merger and Acquisitions (M&A), Transformation and Organisation Design.

Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. We facilitate talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

In this role you will:

- Manage the delivery of a variety of HR programmes proactively balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks.
- Provide oversight to how HR initiatives align to the HR/ Business Strategy and relevant global/ country business/functional People Plans
- Be responsible for effective programme controls and procedures within each project.
- Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Report progress, issues, dependencies and risks to the relevant governance forum making recommendations and influencing decision making to ensure progress towards delivery of programmes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Evidence of leading Mergers and Acquisitions project/activity, from a people perspective ideally across markets/geographies.
- Have a track record of successful delivery of transformation, organisation design/structure, value stream and customer journey projects from design through to execution.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate the complexities of a global, matrix organisation across multiple geographies.
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills, and able to communicate effectively to a varied stakeholder group.
