Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a part-time accounts assistant to join our fantastic team and provide crucial support to the business.
Part-time - 16 -18 hours per week (flexible working pattern)
Location - Aztec West Head office
Salary 22k - Pro Rota
The Role
We are looking for a driven, dynamic, proactive, friendly individual who can support our busy fast paced office and help us to manage our continued growth.
**You will be fundamental in assisting with the following areas**:
- Reconciliations of multiple bank accounts
- Credit card reconciliations
- Sales invoicing
- Employee expenses
- General Excel reporting work.
- Supplier reconciliations
- Creating purchase orders.
- Debt chasing
Knowledge & Experience
- Two years of Previous experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge & Experience of Xero
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle changing priorities.
- Qualified AAT level 2 or above is desirable but not essential.
