Commercial Administrator

Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Commercial Administrator on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Willenhall on a full-time, temporary to permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Commercial and working as part of asmall and friendly team, you will be a main point of contact for customers and responsible for the accurate input of order schedules onto the system.
Experience required:
- Excellent computer skills (Word & Excel knowledge in particularly)
- Able to create & manage spreadsheets & documents
- Data entry skills required for customer portal entry & administration (experience using a MRP/ERP system would be beneficial but not essential)
- Good Phone Manner
- Self motivated
- Experience/Confidence in speaking to customers regards queries & issues
- General admin functions
- Good communication skills
- Flexible approach to varied duties within the commercial team and business
