This fantastic full-time opportunity, with a flexible hybrid-model of working and the opportunity to work closely with the Head of HR. The organisation is going through an exciting period of growth and there has never been a better time to get into the businessas they look to expand their team and grow the business
- Manage several acquisition TUPE processes.
- Cover generalist HR duties, including Employee Relations, Policies and Procedures.
- Assist and review key HR policies, procedures and processes alongside the current HR Advisor and Director.
- Have previous experience within a care organisation.
- Have knowledge of how to confidently manage TUPE processes.
- Be confident to work autonomously and manage their own workload
