About the team:
The People Development department supports the Bank by inspiring advocacy with delegates, stakeholders and all who deal with People Development. Our mission is to demonstrate value add to OSB Group; through developing staff competency, the delivery of customer excellence, influencing both a positive business culture and staff engagement.
This role will be based in either Chatham or Wolverhampton office.

What you will be doing:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, develop and implement training and associated activities throughout the Group.
Your responsibilities will include
- Cross skilled delivery of core learning content; including Company Induction, L&D soft skills and Management Development
- Effective Stakeholder Engagement and Learning Consultancy to develop Training Request Form (TRF) and Training Needs Analysis and gain sign off
- Create Training Approach Document (TAD) and/or Design Strategy to gain sign off
- Demonstrate an appreciation of cost and financial minded management of our People Development Budget for learning design and delivery
- Travelling between our UK based sites as and when required
In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience from £28000 - £35000 and a competitive benefits package including:
- Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 15%

We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:
- Previous work experience as a Training Consultant
- Previous experience in the design and delivery of L&D activities relating to Company Induction, role specific Inductions, Systems Training and L&D soft skills either in person or online setting.
- Strong understanding of the Training Cycle.
