Pulse, part of Acteon Group, are a market leader in subsea structural monitoring, providing highly sophisticated monitoring systems and services to both oil & gas, and renewables clients around the globe since 1998. Due to our ambitious growth plans we are looking to strengthen our team in several roles globally.

Pulse are looking to add a **Head of Delivery** to join their team currently based in W**oking but shortly moving to Wokingham**, who will be responsible and accountable for driving safe, on-time and profitable delivery of all project scopes delivered from the Pulse Technology Centre, for external or internal customers.

The scope of the role will be from input to BIDs & pre-award through to completion, customer feedback, operational life of the systems and services we provide to add value to our customers operations. This is a key role within Pulse driving process, driven efficiency and discipline across the company as we grow and mature as a partner to operators in the renewables and other offshore energy markets.

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- To bring a heightened focus and leadership to the planning and reporting functions within a busy and complex project-based business
- Working across the technical, production and financial functions to define needs, design and implement new upgrades of reporting tools and processes and to ensure change is embedded in the organisation
- To ensure that the end-to-end project management processes are embedded across the company and that tools enabling rapid identification of challenges or deviations from plan are identified to enable corrective actions to be taken, through the existing accountability matrix
- Daily Ops meeting to coordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities of ongoing projects and provide Head of Global operations with clear feedback of progress of programs and project delivery
- Support our commercial functions, actively presenting and marketing Pulse's development roadmap to existing and potential customers through direct communication
- Supports operations with the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources
- Assists with administrative tasks to keep the project running smoothly. This may include ordering equipment and supplies and managing deadlines and workflow

**Requirements**:

- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
- Member of a relevant professional body
- Project management training - PMI or APM accredited
- Leadership Technically proficient with understanding of electrical and electronic systems
- Financial and contractual awareness coupled with commercial judgement
- LEAN/Continuous improvement training and experience
